# Three quotes for a new office phone system

11.3 If the customer ends the agreement before the end of the minimum term, an early termination charge is payable equal to 50% of the monthly charges remaining in the minimum term.

9.4 Customers with more than 25 users must take Premium Support at £45.00 per month for the duration of the agreement. Premium Support includes phone support 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

14.2 This agreement renews automatically for further periods of 12 months unless either party gives at least 60 days' written notice before the end of the current term.
