Every apprenticeship, every professional qualification, every promotion case and every performance review comes down to the same problem: you did the work, and now someone needs it written down in a way that proves it against a standard. Most people are much better at the work than the writing, and the writing is where they stall, sometimes for months.

This course is the method for closing that gap, with AI as an interviewer, a structuring tool and an honest editor, and never as the author. It is built around apprenticeship portfolios, because that is where the problem is sharpest and the stakes highest: an assessor who is alert to AI-written evidence, and a standard with specific criteria that generic writing will not meet. But the method works for any evidence against any standard, and the mentor's module at the end is for the people who have to coach it.

It is written by someone who reviews these portfolios for a living and has seen what passes, what fails, and why.
