Every teacher knows the weekend. Thirty reports, or ninety, or two hundred, each one meant to be personal, each one written at 11pm in a voice that has slowly become the same for every child. AI can take that weekend back, and many teachers are already using it to, quietly, without a method, and with a nagging sense that something is being lost.
This course is the method, built by a former teacher. It is honest about the line: AI is very good at the mechanical parts of teaching writing, and it has never met your class. The workflow here keeps you in charge of the part that matters, the observation, the specific thing you know about this child, and hands the machine the part that was never really teaching in the first place. It covers reports, planning, differentiation and parent communication, and it takes safeguarding and data protection seriously from the first page.
By the end, you'll be able to…
- Write a full set of pupil reports in a fraction of the usual time, with every report carrying at least one specific observation only you could have made.
- Use AI to draft, adapt and differentiate lesson resources without losing your own judgement about what your class needs.
- Handle pupil data safely: know what never goes into an AI tool, and how to work around it.
- Draft parent communication, including difficult conversations, in your voice.
- Explain to a colleague or a headteacher exactly how you use AI, and why it is not cheating the child.
What's in it

The full workflow: from your notes to a signed set, in an evening rather than a weekend.
- Module 3: Planning and differentiationFull course
Resources, adaptations and scaffolds that start from your class, not from a template.

Communication in your voice, and how to explain your AI use to anyone who asks.

One final task that puts the whole method to work on something real.
