Free short course
The Team Brain
Stop answering the same question forty times. Build an assistant your team can ask instead. Four modules. One shared assistant. Your afternoons back.
This course is free in full: every module, knowledge check and the final task, with no sign-up.
In every team there is someone who knows where things are. How the expenses process really works. Which template is current. What the client actually agreed. Who to call when the system does that thing. That person answers the same questions all day, and when they are away, the team slows down.
This course turns that knowledge into something the team can ask directly: a shared AI assistant, built on your own documents, that answers from what you have written and says so when it does not know. It uses the tools most organisations already have, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and it does not need code. It needs the knowledge gathered, checked and kept current, and that is what the four modules teach.
By the end, you'll be able to…
- Identify the questions your team actually asks, and which are worth answering with an assistant.
- Gather, check and structure the knowledge so an AI can answer from it accurately.
- Build a shared assistant in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, with instructions that keep it honest.
- Test it against real questions until it is reliable, and know how to tell when it is not.
- Keep it current with a light routine, and hand it over so it survives without you.
What's in it
- Module 1: The questions
Find out what people actually ask, and which answers are worth building.
- Module 2: The knowledge
Gather it, check it, write down what only you know, and structure it so a machine can read it.
- Module 3: The build
Set it up in the tool you have, with instructions that keep it honest, and test it hard.
- Module 4: Keep it alive
A light routine, a feedback loop, and a handover so it works without you.
- Finishing the course
One final task that puts the whole method to work on something real.
