Build a shared assistant for repeated team questions, with owned sources, useful tests and a clear route to a person.
This course is free in full: every module, knowledge check and the final task, with no sign-up.
Start with the questions your team repeatedly answers. Choose a small, suitable topic and find the source documents that already explain it.
You will prepare those sources, choose an approved tool and test the assistant against realistic questions, including questions it should not answer. Keep access permissions and unresolved contradictions visible.
Finish with an assistant your team can trial, a named owner and a maintenance plan. Measure whether it helps people complete the task accurately rather than assuming a shared link saves time.
