Privacy: the short, honest version

You can read the free lessons without an account. Simulation drafts, revision histories, project folders, starting-check answers, task drafts, workflow plans, route preferences and challenge results are also saved locally in your browser. Workspace backups contain the text you enter; store them carefully and avoid entering sensitive information. Learning progress and saved prompts are stored in your browser. Hosting requests, optional purchases, email subscriptions and links you choose to share involve other services, as described below.

What stays in your browser

Your progress, quiz scores and saved prompts are stored only in this browser, using its local storage. They are not uploaded automatically. A backup you download contains this data, so keep it private and share it only deliberately. If you clear your browser data they're gone, so use the backup option on the My library page if you want to keep them or move them to another device.

Certificates

When you earn a certificate, the name you type is saved in this browser only, alongside your progress. Nothing is sent to us. Your name travels only inside the links you choose to open or share: the certificate image you download, the “Add to LinkedIn” link you click, or a verify link you send someone. There is no account, and no record of a free certificate on our side.

If you buy something

The main course is free. For paid extras, Payhip and the payment provider shown at checkout process your purchase, contact and billing details. See Payhip's privacy policy and your payment provider's policy. This website does not receive your card details.

To unlock a pack or specialist course, this site sends your receipt licence key to Payhip for verification. The key and unlocked content are saved in your browser alongside your progress. The server does not retain the buyer email returned during verification. Keep your key and browser backups private. Workbooks are delivered through Payhip; this site does not keep their orders.

For a signed certificate, the server checks your receipt key and stores the name, course and completion date you enter, plus an issuance timestamp, against an opaque purchase reference. The certificate name is entered here, not sent to Payhip by this redemption form. Repeat requests return the same details. The public verification link contains the printed certificate details; anyone you share it with can read them. Contact us about correction or removal.

What we count

The hosting provider processes requests needed to serve the site. Server logs may include technical details such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Aggregate page-view counts are different from learner progress tracking.

The site also counts two things those logs can't see: how many verified certificates are created and how many licence keys are activated, by month and product. Each count is just the event, the product and the date. It holds no name, email address, order number or licence key.

Forms on this site

The team enquiry form and the “tell me when it's available” links open an email in your own mail app. Nothing is sent from the page, and nothing you type there is stored by this site. If you send the email, we keep it only as long as needed to reply, and you can ask us to delete it. The free tools, like the AI policy starter and the time-saved calculator, run entirely in your browser: nothing you type into them is saved or sent.

Email updates

There is no email list at the moment, so the site never asks for your email address. Follow the RSS feed or the What's changed page for updates.

The only external requests

The pages themselves load from the host with no tracking attached. The one time anything reaches an outside service is when you click a link we provide, for example an “Open in ChatGPT” button or a link to a tool's official documentation. That's a normal link you choose to follow, and the destination site has its own privacy terms.

No AI features run here

Nothing you type into the course (a prompt you save, a name on a progress summary) is sent to any AI model or server. The course teaches you to use AI tools; it doesn't run them.
