A simple session structure
Introduce the role and source documents. Let learners attempt the first stage before revealing the changed brief. Discuss their decisions, then use the worked example to explore the reasoning. Finish with a specific reflection and one next action.
For mixed-confidence groups, pair people and let them choose writing, discussion or an approved AI tool. The exercises also work on paper.
