1. Scenario

   Meeting notes to actions

   Your notes are messy, two deadlines moved and nobody took one of the actions. Use AI to structure the notes, then catch the owners and dates it made up.

2. Scenario

   Compare supplier quotes

   Three phone system quotes, three different ways of presenting a price. Use AI to build a fair comparison table, then check its sums and turn the gaps into questions.

   Reply to a difficult complaint

   A late, damaged furniture delivery, an upset customer and a demand for a full refund. Use AI to draft a reply that sounds human, gets the facts right and promises nothing you can't deliver.

   Policy to staff briefing
