Terms of sale, in plain English

The main course, the free short courses, the cheat sheets and the free tools cost nothing and need no account. These terms only matter if you buy one of the optional extras.

Who sells it

Paid extras are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles any VAT or sales tax shown at checkout. Your contract for the purchase is with Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms, and the content itself comes from AI Tools Academy.

What you get

Each product's page says what is included and whether it is on sale today. Items that aren't on sale have no buy button. Digital products are available straight after payment, as a download or a licence key in your receipt email.

Licence keys

A licence key unlocks a prompt pack or a specialist course in up to three browsers. It is for the person who bought it; please don't share it publicly. Keys don't expire. If you use a new device, entering the key again on a browser you've already used doesn't use up another activation. For a team or organisation, ask about team access rather than sharing one key.

Verified certificates

A verified certificate is issued in the name you type before paying, and that name can't be changed afterwards, so check the spelling. It records that someone passed this site's checkpoint. It is not an accredited qualification and isn't endorsed by any awarding body or by the companies whose tools the course covers.

If something goes wrong

If a download or key doesn't work, or what you bought isn't what was described, email hello@aitoolsacademy.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right or arrange a refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

No guarantees about outcomes

The courses teach skills. They can't guarantee a job, an assessment result or a business outcome, and AI tools change often, so check any product detail against the vendor's own documentation before relying on it.
