How we handle your data
Training uses fictional practice material, so nobody needs to paste real business or personal data into an AI tool to learn. We don't need access to your systems. This site has no accounts and doesn't track visitors; see the privacy page. We are not lawyers: for data protection or regulatory sign-off, involve your own advisers.

- Do our staff need accounts on this site?
- No. The free course and short courses need no sign-up, and progress stays in each person's browser. Nothing about your staff is collected by this site.
- Which AI tools do you cover?
- ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini and Power Automate, taught in a tool-agnostic way where the skill transfers. Sessions are shaped around the tools your organisation has actually approved.
- Is the training delivered in person?
- Training is delivered remotely. Ask if you need something different and we will say honestly whether it can be done.
- What does it cost?
- Team pricing depends on the size of the group and what you need, so it is quoted after a short conversation. Individual learners can use the main course free.
- Will you need access to our systems or data?
- No. Practice uses fictional sample data, so nobody has to paste real business information into an AI tool during training. Where we help design a shared assistant, you keep control of the source material and the tool.
- Is this legal or compliance advice?
- No. We help teams use AI safely and set sensible working rules. For legal, data protection or regulatory sign-off, involve your own advisers or data protection officer.
