Each one is set at Fernway Group, the fictional company used across the Academy, so you can practise on realistic material without touching anything real. Download the files, work through the steps in whichever AI tool you're allowed to use, and compare your result with the finished version.

Your notes are messy, two deadlines moved and nobody took one of the actions. Use AI to structure the notes, then catch the owners and dates it made up.

Three phone system quotes, three different ways of presenting a price. Use AI to build a fair comparison table, then check its sums and turn the gaps into questions.

A late, damaged furniture delivery, an upset customer and a demand for a full refund. Use AI to draft a reply that sounds human, gets the facts right and promises nothing you can't deliver.

The steps teach judgement as much as prompting: whether to use AI, what's safe to share, how to explain the task, how to check the answer, and what stays your responsibility.
