Free Microsoft Copilot training for work
The Copilot phase of this course takes you from working out which Copilot you have to building your own agent, in three levels. It is free, needs no sign-up, and uses fictional practice files so you never paste real work to learn.
What the three levels cover
- Foundations: which Copilot you are actually using, what it's good at, prompting it with work context, and its real limits.
- Practitioner: Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, plus Pages, Notebooks and agents.
- Power User: building a declarative agent, where Copilot Studio begins, what Copilot can see in your organisation, and handing work on to Power Automate.
If you only have the free Copilot Chat
Much of Level 1 works in the free Copilot Chat that comes with a work Microsoft account. The lessons say clearly which features need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, so you know what to ask your IT team for, and why.
